They consider the flexocaloric adiabatic temperature changes for various misfit strains including the one for prototypical barium titanate on strontium titanate. Caloric Properties of Ferroelectrics
Hamidreza and Tulsi’s publish in Journal of Applied Physics their results on caloric response of ferroelectric materials. In this paper, they describe how adiabatic temperature changes can be enhanced by combining external stresses and electric fields. See Selected Publications.
Two new publications on Catalysis Mechanisms
Dr. Sanjubala Sahoo has been working with Prof. Steven Suib (Director – Institute of Materials Science) and his group in Chemistry on providing modeling support on the mechanisms of two separate processes in catalysis. The findings of these studies were recently published in ACS Catalysis and the Journal of CO2 Utilization. See Selected Publications.
